Kaabe Solution designed and developed a professional university website and HEMIS student verification system for Qudus University. The platform provides university information, academic programmes, admissions content, news and official announcements, while allowing organizations and employers to verify student and graduate records online.
Challenge
Qudus University needed a reliable digital platform to manage its public information and simplify student certificate verification. Manual verification was slow, difficult to track and required organizations to contact the university directly. The university also needed a secure administration system for managing website content, admissions information, student records and verification data.
Solution
Kaabe Solution developed a responsive university website with a custom administration dashboard. The system allows authorized staff to manage pages, faculties, departments, programmes, campuses, admissions, news, events, staff profiles and media. A separate HEMIS verification platform was developed to manage and verify student records using University ID and HEMIS ID numbers. The system includes student photographs, faculty and programme details, academic status, graduation year, role-based user access, Excel student imports, data exports and printable verification records.
Results
The project gave Qudus University a professional and centralized digital presence. Students can access university and admissions information more easily, while employers, ministries and other organizations can verify graduate records online. The system reduced manual verification work, improved the accuracy of student information and gave university administrators better control over website and HEMIS data.
